What Should I Wear When Visiting The Dill?

Please wear non-marking indoor court shoes to help protect our playing surfaces. We recommend comfortable athletic wear.

Yes, you should probably bring your own paddles / rackets. However, you don’t need to worry, because you can rent at our Dill club. We’ve got rentals available on-site: Pickleball paddles: $5

No problem. Our team is happy to teach you the basics of pickleball when you arrive.

Our Pro Shop offers a variety of paddles for sale or rent. Balls are not included with paddle rental.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before your reservation will be processed as a full refund to your account in the form of credits. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will result in you still having to pay in full.

The Dill is open to all ages.

DUPR stands for Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating — the most trusted rating system in the sport. Ratings range from 2.0 to 8.0 and update automatically based on your match results using DUPR’s advanced algorithm.

‍Here’s how to link your existing DUPR with The Dill:

  1. Tap the My Profile Tab
  2. Tap set DUPR ID
  3. Follow the link to log in with your DUPR username + password

‍That’s it! Your rating will now be visible inside your Dill account.

  1. Create a free DUPR account at mydupr.com
  2. Go to the Clubs section
  3. Search for the Dill Pickleball Club
  4. Join the club
  5. Check our calendar for a DUPR event
  6. Select the event and join

‍The more matches you log, the more accurate your rating becomes.

How Do I Book a Private Lesson With a Coach?

Booking a coach for a private lesson is simple:

Log in to your account or sign up

  1. Request a coaching lesson
  2. Fill in the required information
  3. We’ll contact you shortly to confirm details

Whether you’re working on your serve or learning from scratch, there’s a coach for every level:

  • Browse our full coach roster
  • Each coach has a detailed bio, coaching philosophy, and player level
  • You can filter by coach and view real-time availability for the week

Before hitting the court, every Dill member needs to accept our Liability Waiver — a standard step to keep everyone safe and in the know.

  1. Go to PlaybyPoint and sign up.
  2. Fill in the required information
  3. Click Next until you accept the Liability Waiver and you’re all set

  2. If you’re asked to enter a verification code…check your email inbox.
  3. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Check-in at The Dill

  1. Provide your name, phone number, or email address
  2. Our front staff will check you in manually

You can book a court anytime by heading to the “Book Now” tab. Here’s how:

  1. Tap the day you want to play.

  2. Choose Pickleball or Ball Machine.

  3. Tap the Time(s) you want to play.

  4. Select which court you want to reserve.
  5. Select the number of players. Add Guests and/or search players.
  6. The last step is to select who you are paying for and pay with card or club credits.
How Do I Cancel a Booking?

You can cancel a reservation or your participation in an event if your plans change.

  1. Go to the Reservations tab in your account.
  2. Find the reservation or event you wish to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel reservation.
  4. Confirm by clicking Yes, cancel.
  5. A pop-up will show the cancellation policy and whether a fee applies.
  • Standard Policy: You can cancel any reservation or event at least 24 hours in advance for a full club credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled start time are subject to a full charge.
  • Events & Tournaments: Some events may require more advanced notice to qualify for a free cancellation. If no specific cancellation window is provided in the event details, please call or email us.
  1. Log into your account at PlaybyPoint.
  2. Click to My Profile and select Edit Profile.
  3. Click Phone and enter your number.

You’re all set. Your number is now linked to your account!

Setting up your Dill profile via Playbypoint is quick and easy — here’s how to get started:‍

  1. Open the Web Portal
  2. Click the Book Now button
  3. Click Book Now again on the Playbypoint system
  4. Enter the required information
  5. You may receive a verification code by email, if you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder.
  6. It may take up to 5 minutes to arrive.
  7. Accept the Waivers

Review and accept the Liability Waiver, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy before proceeding.‍

Want to divide the cost of your court reservation with friends? Here’s how to do it:‍

  1. Add your friend(s) or guest(s) to the reservation
  2. Make sure they signed up or already have an account with us.
  3. Ensure their credit card information is on file.
  4. Once added, their portion will be charged automatically.
  5. If their payment info isn’t added in time, the full amount will be charged to the player who created the booking.

Looking to join a session? Head to the “Programs” tab to view and book upcoming clinics, open play, and more.

    1. Look for the program or event you want to join.

    2. Enter the credit card information (or proceed if it’s already saved).

    3. Click Submit again to complete your registration.

I have completed my event booking! Can I arrive early to greet my guests and set up decor?

We welcome event organizers to arrive up to 60 minutes before your event to welcome your guests and start setting up decor if the lounge space is available to do so.

Yes, we offer additional coaching options! Our experienced coaches are available for $100 per hour. You can add extra coaching hours beyond what’s included in your package, or opt to book a second coach for those parties that include many new players or who are looking for extra guidance and attention.

Once you finalize your booking preferences, you will need to send a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost. It can be E-transferred at [email protected] or if you prefer to pay by card, you can pay On-Site The remaining balance is due the day of the event On-Site.

While we are not a licensed venue, we can apply for a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) to allow the service of alcohol at your event, provided it is a full buyout. Please note that there is an additional $100 fee for the permit, and alcohol will only be served to guests who are of legal drinking age.

All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please note that cancellations or modifications will not be accepted within 7 days of the event date. If a cancellation is made within this 7-day period, the client will forfeit the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Do I have to become a member?

Everyone who enters The Dill must become a free member. This ensures everyone, playing or not, is covered under our safety liability.

Yes, our location offers plenty of convenient parking space.

Pricing varies based on group size, duration, and any additional services. Email us at [email protected] the following information:

Please note we currently do not permit alcoholic beverages in our facility.

Our courts are in high demand, for smaller private events, we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your desired date and time, corporate events require 1 month’s notice.

While we do offer in-house catering, such as sandwiches and coffee/fruit juice, if it’s not to your liking you’re welcome to bring your own light snacks and water. Our location is conveniently close to great dining options if you prefer to plan a post-game meal offsite

How long is a private event?

Private event bookings are a minimum of 2 hours, but we’re happy to discuss custom durations based on your needs.

Our packages generally include court reservations, access to the lounge area, and optional learn-to-play sessions or group activities led by our skilled facilitators. We also offer customizations, such as extended playtime, equipment rentals, and additional services upon request.

If you choose the tournament option, our staff will organize the tournament for your event, and a coach will oversee and run the competition. Give us an email for any detailed inquiries.

Is additional signage allowed outside the facility?

No, additional signage outside the facility is not allowed without prior approval from The Dill facility staff.

Yes, we offer flexible booking times, including evenings and weekends, to suit your group’s schedule. Availability may vary, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot.

Not at all! We offer beginner-friendly learn-to-play sessions led by our certified instructors, so everyone can enjoy, regardless of experience level.

Our venues can accommodate groups of various sizes depending on the location and available courts. Typically, each court can host 4-6 players at a time, but larger groups can rotate players for an inclusive and active experience.

The Dill is the perfect venue for a wide range of events, including team-building activities, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, family reunions, and holiday celebrations.
