Before you visit

What to wear

Please wear non-marking indoor court shoes to help protect our playing surfaces. We recommend comfortable athletic wear.

Paddle rental

You are encouraged to bring your own gear. Got none? You can rent a paddle at our Pro Shop for $5. Balls are not included with paddle rental.

Shop your gear

We have a variety of paddles in stock and available for purchase at our Pro Shop, just talk to our friendly staff. Balls are for sale too, at $5/each!

24-hour cancellation policy

  • Non-members: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit refund to your account. Cancellations made within 24 hours, due to any reason, are non-refundable.
  • Members: For cancellations made within 24 hours, a cancellation fee equal to the applicable open play or court fee will be charged.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness and availability for all participants.

Getting started

Setting up your The Dill profile via Court Reserve is quick and easy:

  1. Open Court Reserve on the web or download the Court Reserve app on your mobile device.
  2. Select “I’m a player”.
  3. Input your email as username.
  4. Enter and confirm your password.
  5. Search for “The Dill” under “Find your organization”. Click on search result to select. Click “Continue”.
  6. Provide your personal information. Click “Continue” when done.
  7. Provide your payment method. Click “Continue” when done.
  8. A confirmation email may take up to a few minutes to arrive.
  9. Review and accept the Liability Waiver, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy before proceeding.‍

DUPR stands for Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating. It is the most trusted rating system in the sport. Ratings range from 2.0 to 8.0 and update automatically based on your match results using DUPR’s advanced algorithm.

  1. Go to dupr.com
  2. Go to the Clubs section
  3. Search for The Dill Pickleball Club
  4. Join the club
  5. Check our calendar for a DUPR event
  6. Select the event and join

‍Here’s how to link your existing DUPR with The Dill:

  1. Tap the My Profile tab
  2. Tap set DUPR ID
  3. Follow the link to log in with your DUPR username and password
  4. ‍That’s it! Your rating will now be visible inside your Dill account.

Booking questions

In your Court Reserve app:

  1. Go to “Reservations” tab.
  2. Select Book a Pickleball Court or Book a Ball Machine.
  3. Choose the slot you want to play.
  4. Select reservation type (doubles or singles).
  5. Select the players (yourself and others, if applicable).
  6. Click “Save”. 
  7. Pay for your reservation.
  1. Log in to your account or sign up
  2. Request a coaching lesson
  3. Fill in the required information
  4. We’ll contact you shortly to confirm details
  1. Provide your name, phone number, or email address
  2. Our front staff will check you in manually

You can cancel a reservation or your participation in an event if your plans change.

  1. Sign in to your Court Reserve account.
  2. Go to “Events” or “Reservations” (for court booking).
  3. Select “My Events” or “My Reservations”.
  4. Click “Edit”.
  5. You can now edit or cancel your booking.
